Counselling in your language
Counselling in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu in Surrey.
Some things are hard enough to say in your own language. You will not have to translate them first.
Ravi Teja is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in Surrey, BC who speaks Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu as well as English, and holds full counselling sessions in each of them herself, with no interpreter. Sessions are in person at Unit 103 - 8386 120 Street, Surrey, or online anywhere in British Columbia, and the first 15 minutes is a complimentary consult.
Counselling in Punjabi
If Punjabi is the language you think and feel in, your whole session can be in Punjabi. Ravi Teja is a Punjabi-speaking Registered Clinical Counsellor, registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, with over 30 years of clinical experience. You talk to her directly, not through an interpreter, and you can use the words that actually carry the weight of what happened.
Culture shapes what families talk about and what they don’t: marriage, duty, and what counts as a problem worth taking to someone outside the family at all. With Ravi Teja, that part does not need explaining before you can start on the problem itself.
Counselling in Hindi and Urdu
Ravi Teja also holds full sessions in Hindi and in Urdu. The same services, the same fees and the same choice of in person in Surrey or online across British Columbia.
“Ravi being fluent in Hindi was a huge benefit for me. It is nice to find a counsellor who can provide therapy in my first language.”
