Ravi founded RT Counselling & Consulting after three decades of clinical work with individuals, couples and families. Her practice is trauma-informed throughout — safety before disclosure, your pace rather than a protocol, and no judgement about what you bring into the room.

She works with trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, anger, substance use, and the pressures that build inside families across generations. She holds sessions in four languages, and does not require anyone to translate their life before they can talk about it.

The rest of the practice.

Two further counsellors work in the practice, which is why sessions are available in English, Bengali, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu rather than only the four Ravi Teja speaks. Bengali is held by a colleague rather than by her.

They are named here once each has approved their own profile. A counsellor’s registration and title are theirs to state, not ours to summarise, so nothing goes on this page before they have written it.

If you would like a session in a particular language, ask when you get in touch and you will be matched with whoever in the practice can hold it.

Not sure who you should see?

Send an enquiry and say what you are looking for, including the language you would rather speak in. The first consultation is 15–20 minutes and free, and part of what it is for is working out whether this practice is the right fit at all.
