02Trauma and PTSD Counselling

Trauma-informed trauma and PTSD counselling in Surrey, BC, including EMDR. Safety comes before disclosure and you set the pace — the aim is to help distressing memories be experienced as something in the past rather than something still happening now. Available in person or online across British Columbia.
03Couples, Pre-Marital and Marital Counselling

Couples counselling in Surrey, BC with a Registered Clinical Counsellor trained in the Gottman Method. Sessions are for couples at any stage — long-married, newly together, or somewhere in between — in person or online across British Columbia.

07Teen and Youth Counselling (12+)

Sessions cover anxiety, depression, school pressure, self-esteem, behavioural concerns and family relationships — in person or online, with parents involved in a way that suits the young person’s age.

LGBTQ+ affirming counselling in Surrey, BC. You will not have to explain or justify your identity in order to get support — sessions are available in person or online across British Columbia.

ICBC Counselling After a Motor Vehicle Accident
Billed to ICBC, not to you
Counselling after a motor vehicle accident in Surrey, BC. If you were injured in a motor vehicle accident in British Columbia you are pre-approved for counselling for the first 12 weeks, no matter who was responsible, and you do not need a doctor’s referral — only your claim number and Personal Health Number.

WorkSafeBC Counselling
Billed to WorkSafeBC, not to you
Counselling for workplace psychological injury in Surrey, BC, for workers with a WorkSafeBC claim. WorkSafeBC accepts a mental-health claim where there is a diagnosis and the injury arose from significant work-related stressors or a traumatic work-related event, and then issues a referral letter setting out the approved services.

Supervision is a confidential professional space to bring live casework, ethical questions and the effects the work has on the clinician doing it.
