You might be here because
- Worry or low mood has started to shape the day, at school, at work or at home
- Something painful happened and it has not settled
- Someone close has died and the grief is not easing
- Work has become a constant source of stress
- A big change, like a move, a new school or a first job, has unsettled everything
- Something feels wrong and is hard to put into words
None of that has to apply exactly. People often arrive unable to name what is wrong, and that is a perfectly good place to start from.
What the work looks like
Tanvi Jajoria’s approach weaves together evidence-based therapies, CBT, DBT, ACT and EFT, with genuine curiosity about each person’s story. In her words, a good therapeutic relationship doesn’t intend to ‘fix’ you; it is about helping you reconnect with your own resilience, at your own pace. Sessions are a safe space free of judgment, jargon and one-size-fits-all answers, whether someone is in the middle of a crisis or simply feeling stuck.
Ravi Teja (RCC) also sees young people aged 12 and over, in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu, including for a teenager who would rather have sessions in Punjabi or Urdu. Teen and youth counselling with Ravi Teja (12+)
